The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt provided in the time of purchase from our online/physical store;
  • warranty card (if applicable);
  • If the product has physical damage from the customer's side.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

It is recommended to check out your dashboard and email for updates daily from Posh Community Ltd. 

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No. We on work on Business days. 

Do you deliver to my home?

Yes.

We will be responsible to clear the custom and send it to your home. 

Even though we clear the custom, we will not pay any Tax applicable of a respected country. Most of the time, there is no Tax. However, a small amount of tax has to be paid by the respected customers.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

No. We will have to make sure that you made the payment in right way and the product is available on the stock. 

if the product has enough stock, we will process your order and send it to your doorway as promised. (Otherwise, your payment will be refunded)
